在使用體通天下的服務前請仔細閱讀本文所載的條款及細則，並通過選擇以表明您是否接受本文所列之條款及細則。
除非有其他相關之條款與細則約束，否則本條款與細則將適用於由體通天下提供的任何軟件以及應用程式(不論其更新版本或其他新研發之軟件及/或應用程式)。
1. 服務條款及其修訂
1.1. 本文包含的條款及細則為體通天下與其訂戶/會員(定義見下文)及客戶於雙方同意之基礎下，確定適用於體通天下體育產品(定義見下文)，以及由體通天下提供的所有服務(包括但不限於訂閱，視頻點播服務 – SVOD(定義見下文)、TVOD(定義見下文)、OTT服務、在線服務、視頻遊戲、軟件使用許可及/或其他相關產品及服務)(體通天下之產品及其提供之所有服務在下文統稱為“該服務”)。所有於本文所載的條款和細則均：
1.1.1. 就體通天下與訂戶/會員間在使用該服務的權利和義務作出規定；
1.1.2. 為訂戶/會員使用及/或享受該服務之先決條件；及
1.1.3. 當本文內之條款及細則與其他有合同效力之文件間出現不一致的情況時，應優先於該等文件。
1.2. “體通天下產品”是指現存或將來由體通天下生產及/或銷售之所有產品、設備或介面，包括但不限於手機、電視機、電視盒等設備、程式(包括電視和電腦程式)、應用程式(Apps)、軟件及任何形式或格式之媒體(包括所有類型的硬件及軟件，必須由客戶、會員或訂戶單獨購買)。
1.3. 訂閱視頻點播(“SVOD”)是指由體通天下於訂閱期內(須繳付訂閱費)向訂戶/會員提供於指定範圍內或以套餐式無限制播放節目或視聽素材之服務(其中之內容會按體通天下之自行判斷不時作出修改及除TVOD外)。訂戶/會員可按他們的自行選擇，在任何時間通過體通天下產品播放該等節目或視聽素材，而播放期間訂戶/會員可按其偏好作暫停、快進、快退或停止。
1.4. 交易視頻點播（“TVOD”）是指由體通天下提供之服務，指讓訂戶/會員通過體通天下產品在訂購該點播後，於規定期限內按有關之要約或條款就某節目或視聽素材之服務作單一播放(須支付額外費用)。而訂戶/會員可在播放期間按其偏愛暫停、快進、快退或停止。
1.5. 在本文內之條款及細則中所提及的“訂戶” 、“會員”、 “您”或“您的”是指使用及/或接受及/或享受該服務的個人或實體的任何訂戶、會員、客戶或用戶。
1.6. 除非您接受並同意本文所載之所有條款及細則並受其約束，否則您並沒有使用該服務或其任何部分之權利。若您已使用該服務或其任何部分，此將視為您已仔細閱讀和了解這些條款和細則，並接受和同意受其約束。
1.7. 體通天下保留所有更新、修改、變更、重新發布本文內之條款及細則的權利，並隨時按其決定及為滿足其所需而執行以上更改，並於商業層面上盡力通知您此類更改。根據本文，您已同意並獲提醒須定期查看此網頁並不時檢視本文內之條款及細則。若您繼續使用及/或接受及/或享用該服務或其任何部分，您將被視為已仔細閱讀和理解本文內之條款及細則及其修訂及修改。而您亦接受並同意遵守這些變更，修訂及修改並及受其約束。
1.8. 未成年人須在父母或法定監護人陪同下審閱和履行本文內之條款及細則。未成年人如使用及/或接受及/或享用由體通天下提供的該服務或其任何部分將被視為已經由父母或法定監護人伴隨並在父母或監護人的監督和批准下進行，而所有於本文內之條款及細則必須完全嚴格遵守。
1.9. 個別部份可能因其指定之個別活動而包含其特有的規則，條款及細則(如有)，您應該在進入每一個相關部分之前詳閱其規則，條款及細則。
2. 該服務
2.1. 該服務僅為個人使用目的，指由一人或多人在非公共場所，私人，非商業性下觀看或播放該服務所提供之內容。任何在公共場所觀看/播放或需付費或徵收入場費或其他(除了為進入該類非住宅場所而產生的任何相關費用)或該觀看/播放是通過由一非住宅場所提供之顯視屏(監視器)(或由第三方根據任何協議與此類非住宅場所之安排)並不構成’個人使用’，故嚴格禁止(“個人使用”) 。
2.2. 該服務之提供需嚴格遵循本文之服務條款及細則。
2.3. 體通天下可自行決定是否接納您的訂購，並於商業基礎上盡可行努力來完成您的訂購。體通天下將不會因拒絶或因任何原因無法履行訂購而負上任何責任。
2.4. 所有由體通天下提供之服務只限訂戶/會員在體通天下的平台內使用或欣賞。若以任何方式或其他行為，如入侵(含惡意與否)或試圖入侵由體通天下提供之服務或節目或使體通天下提供之服務或節目或其任何部份脫離或試圖使其脫離體通天下的平台，均為非法及被禁止。而干犯有這種行為之訂戶/會員須負起一切後果，包括刑事及民事責任。而體通天下有權向該等訂戶/會員追討體通天下所遭受或可能遭受的損失和損害。如有必要體通天下會轉介有關當局追究任何惡意或非法行為的責任並與執法機構合作識別進行惡意或非法活動者之身份。
2.5. 如您只使用由體通天下提供的TVOD或其他各獨立，單一及個別的服務時(須個別購買)，您的使用將被視為對各單項服務的服務條款以及體通天下在該單項服務中發出各類公告的同意。
2.6. 除本文內之條款及細則賦予之權利外，您所觀看/播放之內容的權利或利益並無在任何情況下轉讓予您。
3. 成為訂戶或會員
3.1. 您必須向體通天下提供真實、準確的資料，方可註冊成為體通天下會員。體通天下保留所有權利，在缺乏原因或理由下均可拒絕或撤銷任何訂戶/會員之申請，而並不作任何賠償。體通天下並不承擔因該拒絕或撤銷而做成之任何損失或損害，而任何預付之訂閱/會員費(如有)將被沒收作為行政費用。
3.2. 您可以通過各種可行之途徑如網站、應用程式(apps) 、電視、電視盒或其他體通天下將會發展的方式加入成為訂戶或會員。您必須閱讀並確認接受該特定服務的特定條款和細則方可透過特定方式成為註冊之訂戶或會員。體通天下特此澄清，除上述之方式外，體通天下未曾就註冊，出售或轉讓訂戶或會員資格，授權予其他任何第三方（不論是共同或單獨）。任何未經授權的登記銷售或轉讓訂戶或會員資格均為非法及被禁止，體通天下在此保留追究因任何未經授權的登記銷售或轉讓訂戶或會員資格而做成體通天下損失及損害之權利。
3.3. 您可以拒絕接受該服務或申請取消您的訂戶/會員資格及其相關服務。然而，體通天下並不會因任何原因或理由，包括但不限於因您拒絕接受該服務或取消您的訂戶/會員資格而作任何退款。
3.4. 為免疑問，訂戶/會員的賬戶屬體通天下之財產，訂戶/會員只可按照本文之條款及細則規範之權利下使用其帳戶。
3.5. 一旦您成為訂戶/會員，您將同意支付所有於訂戶/會員帳戶下進行的每一筆訂購或交易，並同意賠償體通天下因任何第三方操作您的訂戶/會員帳戶進行訂購任何服務引起的所有索賠，損失和損害（包括但不限於續訂、增值服務、TVOD、OTT服務或任何其他類型的獨立，單一或個別的服務等）。
3.6. 體通天下向訂戶/會員提供的該服務是通過互聯網或電信或移動通訊網絡提供。除該服務之提供外一切有關的設備（如個人電腦、手機、電視盒、電視機等）及相關的網絡服務及其費用（如互聯網和移動網絡服務等之收費）應由訂戶/會員自行承擔。
4. 費用繳付
4.1. 體通天下接受信用卡/支付卡作為支付訂戶/會員費，增值及其他服務費及其他需支付額外收費之付款。通過向體通天下或體通天下的付款代理人提供相關之信用卡/支付卡的資料，即代表您聲明並向體通天下及/或體通天下的支付代理保證，該信用卡/支付卡的使用是獲授權並合法的。
4.2. 體通天下可在任何時間改變在線支付方式，並將通過電子郵件或在體通天下的主網頁上通知您。
4.3. 您明確理解並同意所有訂戶費，會員費，增值服務和其他服務等費用是經由您通過第三方支付代理支付。通過這種付款方式是有一定的風險，包括但不限於，由第三方非法使用您的支付帳戶，信用卡或支付卡賬戶，這些風險可能導致您重大的經濟損失。這些風險及其後果之損失及損害應在任何情況下由您自行承擔而您特此承諾不會向體通天下追討有關上述之任何損失及損害。
4.4. 若您的銀行紀錄有任何改變或信用卡/支付卡有任何遺失，被盜或未經授權使用等之情況出現，您須自行負責通知您所屬的銀行或金融機構。
5. 價格及收費
5.1. 一旦您成為訂戶/會員，您將被視為接受由體通天下就其所提供之各種服務或個別服務訂定之定價(該定價將按體通天下之自行決定，不時作出修改)，而該服務及其訂價亦將立即生效。
5.2. 體通天下向訂戶/會員提供之增值服務和其他服務的收費按體通天下網站sports2world.com上所規定之費用收取。體通天下在此提醒您，您須定期到體通天下網頁查看當時的價格，如您繼續使用及/或接受及/或享用該服務您，將被視為已同意當時厘訂的價格並受當時之價格及收費所約束。
5.3. 由於任何原因或性質的錯誤導致訂價錯誤，體通天下明確保留所有拒絕或取消任何購買或訂單的權利(含全額退款)。體通天下概不負責或承擔任何此類錯誤之責任。然而，體通天下將通知您有關之錯誤，並通知您正確的價格使您可以選擇以正確的價格重新確認訂購。
6. 查詢
6.1 體通天下將以您的登入資料識別您的身份，並讓您存取您的帳戶及個人資料，其中包含您的個人資料，因此您應確保該等資料的安全和保密。您須自行負責任何有關您於體通天下之會藉資料的安全及正確存放，使用及維護（如賬戶名稱，號碼，密碼等）該等資料，並採取一切必要及有效的安全保障措施來保護這些資料並完全負責您帳戶下的所有活動。
6.1. 若有任何未經授權而進入您的訂戶/會員帳戶的情況或因其而導致您私人資料之披露所導致之損失或損害(體通天下之錯誤除外)及/或您的訂戶/會員帳戶資料被第三方的濫用，體通天下將不會因此而承擔或負上任何責任。
6.2. 如您發現您的密碼被洩露或您的訂戶/會員帳戶在未經授權下被任何第三方使用或任何其他的安全漏洞，您必須立即書面通知體通天下。
6.3. 若有任何未經授權而進入您的訂戶/會員帳戶的情況或因其而導致您私人資料之披露所導致之損失或損害(體通天下之錯誤除外)及/或您的訂戶/會員帳戶資料被第三方的濫用，體通天下將不會因此而承擔或負上任何責任。
6.4. 如您發現您的密碼被洩露或您的訂戶/會員帳戶在未經授權下被任何第三方使用或任何其他的安全漏洞，您必須立即書面通知體通天下。
7. 內容分類及家長指引
7.1. 觀看或使用部份該服務提供的內容可能需要家長的指導，因它們可能含有髒話、暴力、裸體、吸毒、暗示’性’的對話、粗話、反常行為、成人活動、色情、不道德等設計給與成年人觀看的內容並可能不適合於兒童。這些內容(包括所有類型的影片、電影、節目和遊戲)體通天下均標誌[PG]的標記(意思是：該部影片、電影、節目或遊戲中包含的材料，家長可能會覺得不適合兒童及家長可能只會在有自己倍同下才讓孩子觀看或使用)，並須解開兒童鎖(選擇性，如兒童鎖適用於您的帳戶)才可進行播放或使用。體通天下強烈要求家長們行使其最大的監測，並慎重處理讓兒童觀看及/或使用標有[PG]標記的內容。如家長願意，陪同其孩子一起觀看及/或使用該等內容。
7.2. 該服務提供之內容是按當時既有之級別或分類作出分級。而然，各國對影片、電影、節目和遊戲之級別或分類之分級準則或因素各有不同，一些國家會較宽鬆而另一些則較嚴僅。
7.3. 就體通天下提供之影片、電影、節目和遊戲等之內容，其中之片頭警告(如有)將會被體通天下採納。
7.4. 體通天下並不負責任何因為體通天下之錯誤或疏忽做成之分類或級別錯誤所導致的損失或損害。再者，體通天下亦不會因兒童鎖之故障，包括並不限於因體通天下之疏忽，不管體通天下已知有關的事實及/或您的孩子未有您的許可或倍同下觀看及/或使用任何標有[PG]標記之影片、電影、節目及遊戲，而負上任何責任。
7.5. 當您的孩子在觀看時請保持室內光亮及並不要讓孩子太接近顯示屏。
8. 每一視頻的持續時限
8.1. 提供給訂戶/會員的視頻點播(包括TVOD)或OTT服務均有一個固定的期限或播放期(“播放週期”)。一旦您成為訂戶/會員，您將被視為接受該個別視頻的固定期限或播放週期。
8.2. 您必須在播放週期內播放/觀看相關視頻。儘管您不能或未曾在播放週期內播放/觀看相關視頻，您將被視為已完成播放/觀看。在任何情況下，您並不能以未播放相關視頻或其中之部份為理由或因非由體通天下導致的原因而要求退款。
8.3. 播放週期應包括故障修服，服務器維護，調整，升級等時間在內，訂戶/會員無權因上述之情況要求體通天下賠償時間上的損失及/或使用此類藉口申請退還或提早終止期訂戶/會員之會藉。
8.4. 播放週期(為免疑義，包括所有視頻點播、TVOD或OTT服務的所有視頻)將不會因中斷、終止、延長、暫停、快進、快退或停止而延長。
8.5. 就TVOD或其他預付OTT或獨立服務而言您一旦下了訂單，您是不允許改變或取消該訂單或要求退款。
8.6. 直播視頻和/或節目的質量和穩定性有機會因技術因素而受到影響，包括但不限於伺服器停機和/或衛星信號問題。 體通天下體育將不負責訂戶/會員直接或間接因此問題或由於此問題而引致的損失及損害，且不會因此而作出退款及/或提早終止服務。
9. TVOD及其他OTT服務
9.1. 如訂戶/會員希望欣賞TVOD可從體通天下購買TVOD票證或單項服務票證(“票證”)(其中有些是只售予訂戶/會員)或者您也可以直接在體通天下網站上購買並通過支付代理支付費用並獲得電子票證。
9.2. 謹此提醒您，票證(包括電子票證)須按票證上規定的截止日期(包括電子票證)前使用或消耗。體通天下不會就有關之截止日期送達任何提醒、通知，或以其他方式通告。
9.3. 請注意，通過TVOD提供的電影或節目可能不一定於您已訂閱的服務或SVOD下提供(不論現有或將來) 或包括在該服務內。
9.4. 您必須在播放週期（見第8.1條之定義）內播放/觀看/使用相關影片、電影或節目。為免生疑問，本文中所包含的所有條款和細則適用於所有有關TVOD服務之交易。
10. 權利和限制
10.1. 該服務僅限於訂戶/會員自己使用。在未有體通天下的事先書面同意前，您不得將您的訂戶/會員帳戶轉讓、出讓、准許、出借、給予、出售或轉售給第三方(無論該第三方是否經已成為訂戶/會員)。如您違反本文內之條款及細則，體通天下有權終止您的訂戶或會員賬戶，恕不另行通知。您已繳交的任何款項將被即時沒收而您無權因該終止要求任何損失及損害賠償。為避免訂戶/會員間就賬戶問題之糾紛、訂戶/會員間賬戶之轉移、轉讓或准許使用等(有償或無償)均被嚴格禁止。訂戶/會員須為該等轉移、轉讓或准許使用自行負責一切後果，對體通天下做成損失和損害體通天下保留其所有權利。
10.2. 如訂戶/會員的任何行為構成違反本文內之條款及細則，或違反任何條例、附例或法規或體通天下認為訂戶/會員的任何行為或表現會導致體通天下名譽受損及/或損害體通天下或其他人的聲譽及/或利益者，體通天下有權終止該訂戶/會員的資格或帳戶，恕不另行通知。在這種情況下由訂戶/會員作出的任何已付款項將被立即沒收而訂戶/會員無權因該終止要求任何損失和損害賠償。
10.3. 訂戶/會員不得通過非法手段取得體通天下的任何服務，如盜竊、直接或間接以黑客身份進入體通天下的網絡或通過未經授權人士購買或取得體通天下的訂戶/會員會藉服務等，在此情況下體通天下有權立即終止該等訂戶/會員帳戶恕不另行通知。任何已付款項會被立即沒收而訂戶/會員無權因該終止要求任何損失和損害賠償。
10.4. 訂戶/會員不得使用任何包含體通天下認為是淫穢、侮辱、非法、歧視、令人反感、不當、攻擊性、不適當或有此類含義或違反任何人的權利之用戶名稱、暱稱或簽名。一旦發現，體通天下有權在不作通知下更改，該用戶名稱，暱稱或簽名或暫停該訂戶/會員之帳戶或終止該訂戶/會員之資格或帳戶，恕不另行通知。如該訂戶/會員或帳戶是根據本文內之條款及細則下終止，他們作出的任何巳付款項將立即被沒收。訂戶/會員無權因該終止向體通天下要求任何損失及損害賠償。
10.5. 一旦訂戶/會員的資格因任何原因被終止，其所有因訂戶/會員而享受到之權利亦同時終止，訂戶/會員無權參與由體通天下舉辦的任何活動，亦不得享有任何優惠及增值服務。
10.6. 體通天下所提供的所有服務僅供個人使用(定義見第2.1條)，不得用於商業目的或以任何方式透過該服務而獲得利潤。
10.7. 除獲得體通天下的事先書面批准或同意外，體通天下禁止訂戶/會員就體通天下按該服務提供的服務作出複製、下載、上傳、修改目錄、重新排序、翻譯、分發、開發、轉讓、銷售、展示、展覽、傳播任何服務、視頻、短片等，也禁止訂戶/會員從任何提供的服務、視頻、短片創作衍生作品、賀卡、螢幕保護、桌面生產、教學、科研、商業開發、推廣短片，或任何商業用途並包括但不限於以下內容：
10.7.1. 通過非法手段或者不合法之目的來修改訂戶/會員的賬戶服務期、消費金額、交易狀態，或購買影片或短片等；
10.7.2. 提供您訂戶/會員賬號予第三方（有償或無償），並允許第三方利用您的訂戶/會員帳戶播放，觀看或瀏覽視頻或短片而該帳戶非由該第三方所有而是由您所有；
10.7.3. 在未有體通天下的事先書面同意前，複製、出售、出租或批予准許該服務下提供的任何視頻或短片予第三方；
10.7.4. 破解、修改、代碼反向、銷毀或篡改體通天下就其網頁/平台/網絡所設之保安措施，或嘗試或協助他人作出上述之行為；
10.7.5. 經未獲體通天下授權之渠道獲得該服務之視頻或短片或擅自刪除或移除任何嵌入在任何該服務之視頻或短片的有權聲明或標籤；
10.7.6. 公開地使用或播放或展示該服務下之任何視頻或短片(全部或其部分)；
10.7.7. 收集、銷毀、損壞或通過體通天下的平台或網絡竊取第三方的數據或信息，或從事“電郵轟炸”、 “垃圾郵件”、 “轟炸郵件”、 “詐騙郵件”或其他類似的活動或作出任何違法信息的活動，侵犯或違反第三方的合法權益，包括但不限於私隱、知識產權、所有權等；
10.7.8. 入侵、強行入侵、進入、使用、修改或企圖入侵、強行入侵、進入、使用、修改體通天下的服務器及/或其數據的任何部分；
10.7.9. 以任何方式透過體通天下的平台或網絡張貼或傳送任何非法、欺詐、中傷、誹謗、淫穢、色情、猥褻、威脅或任何形式的辱罵、仇恨性、攻擊性，或其他不良或不合理的內容，包括但不限於因傳送構成或因該等鼓勵可能構成之刑事犯罪或招至民事責任之行為，或以其他任何方式違反任何地方或國家之法律或政策或侵犯任何知識產權，專有權利或其他人的保密義務等；
10.7.10. 透過體通天下的平台/網絡發布或傳播任何廣告、兜售、連鎖信、傳銷、投資機會或計劃之信息或其他主動提供的商業通訊或濫發電子郵件或轟炸郵件；
10.7.11. 下載、張貼、發布、傳輸、複製、分發或以任何方式利用從體通天下或其服務器獲得的任何內容作商業用途；
10.7.12. 下載、張貼、發布、傳播、複製或以其他任何方式分發由體通天下平台/網絡上獲得的任何受版權保護或屬於任何第三方的所有權權利，或創作其衍生作品；
10.7.13. 直接或間接允許他人使用(有償或無償)您的用戶名稱或密碼來進入您的訂戶/會員帳戶；
10.7.14. 透過體通天下的平台，包括其網站，發送、張貼或上載含有病毒、木馬、蠕蟲、定時炸彈、取消程式或其他特意旨在干擾、破壞或以其他任何有害或有毒或為限制第三方或體通天下的電腦軟件及硬件功能或電信設備或體通天下的服務器之軟件或程式；
10.7.15. 發送、張貼或上載任何受知識產權法，私隱或宣傳或任何其他適用法律權益保護，除非您已擁有或控制有關之權利或得到所有必要得到之同意；
10.7.16. 干擾或中斷連接到體通天下網頁/平台/網絡或違反有關網絡或服務器既定之規定、政策或程序；
10.7.17. 擾亂正常的對話流，造成“屏幕卷動”比其他訂戶/會員快速地作出輸入或造成其他訂戶/會員與體通天下的服務器實時交換能力有負面影響；
10.7.18. “追踪”或以其他方式騷擾他人；或
10.7.19. 收集或儲存其他用戶或訂戶/會員的個人資料。
體通天下保留一切權利，於不作另行通知下，將不定時進入您的會員帳戶或觀察並記錄您進入及使用在線/會員服務，以確定您是否遵守上述之規定。
10.8. 在結束每一環節時請您必須確保您退出訂戶/會員帳戶。
11. 您在體通天下網站和/或平台上的活動監察
11.1. 您在此收到通知，並同意體通天下有權保持密切監視您在體通天下的網站及/或平台或進入您的訂戶/會員帳戶的活動，以便監察體通天下產品及服務的使用情況。若有任何違反法律法規或違反任何本文內之條款及細則之行為，體通天下有權進行干預，糾正這種違規或違約行為，並保留權利向違規或違約之訂戶/會員追討所有體通天下因該等違規或違約而遭受及可能遭受之損失或損害賠償。
12. 變更與免責聲明
12.1. 鑑於網絡服務的特殊性，體通天下保留更新、更改、修改、提升、暫停及/或終止某些或所有網絡服務之權利。體通天下保留更改及/或修改會藉期的時間，播放週期和觀看/播放所有及每一個視頻或短片之價格的權利。體通天下保留在不作通知下改變或終止任何服務的權利，體通天下將不會負責因此種改變或終止而導致訂戶/會員或第三方之任何損失和損害之賠償。
12.2. 如體通天下就本文內之條款及細則作出任何變更或修改，體通天下將通過其主網頁發布該等變更或修改，有關之公告應被視為已適當及足夠地通知所有訂戶/會員有關之變更或修改。
12.3. 體通天下並不承擔訂戶/會員就任何原因就使用該服務而導致任何損失和損害(如個人或財務)責任。體通天下亦不承擔任何因您與第三方共享用戶信息和密碼而導致您的個人資料洩露之責任。
12.4. 如您不同意任何條款或細則之變更或修改，可以通過向體通天下發出書面通知終止您的訂戶/會員會藉。而體通天下將不會就餘下尚未提供之服務作任何退款。如您繼續使用或享有訂戶/會員資格及/或該服務，您將被視為接受該等變更或修改。
12.5. 您應僅依靠自己的判斷使用體通天下的網頁/平台。任何情況下體通天下並不對您或任何其他人的任何直接、間接、偶發、特殊、懲罰性或後果性損害負責，包括但不限於業務或利潤或因使用或無法使用體通天下的網頁/平台所產生的任何損失。您明確同意，無論是體通天下及其分支機構均不會就任何威脅、誹謗、淫穢、攻擊性或非法內容或任何他方的行為或任何侵犯他人權利包括知識產權的行為負責或承擔責任。您明確同意，無論是體通天下或其分支機構不應對任何第三方使用及/或包含在體通天下的網頁/平台上發出之內容負責。

13. 知識產權權利
13.1. 所有由體通天下根據其任何服務而提供的任何產品，連同它們各自的知識產權權利及擁有權，均屬於體通天下、其聯營或關聯公司，所有及/或體通天下已獲得以提供這些產品及服務之權利。
13.2. 所有在體通天下網站或平台上或通過服務而提供的材料，包括但不限於軟件、HTML代碼、劇本、文本、名稱、藝術品、標識、圖像、圖形、插圖、設計、圖標、照片、視頻和音頻短片、其版權、商標、商品名稱、品牌名稱及/或其他知識產權均由體通天下或第三方擁有，控制或授權 同時亦受本地及國際法的保護。一切未經體通天下授權之使用均被禁止，而您亦不會獲得所有有關之知識產權權利，所有權或利益。如果您違反本文內之條款及細則，您的訂戶/會員會藉(包括訂戶/會員帳戶)將會在不作另行通知下被取消、撤銷及終止。
14. 轉讓
14.1. 體通天下謹此獲得您的同意，體通天下有權出讓、轉讓、轉包或以其他方式處理任何根據本文之條款和細則的權利及/或義務。
14.2. 在未有體通天下的事先書面同意前，您將不會獲得任何權利出讓、轉讓、轉包或以其他方式處理任何根據本文內之條款及細則下之權利及/或義務。
15. 暫停及終止服務
15.1. 如體通天下因“不可抗力”而未能履行其義務（其中應包括因火災、人員傷亡、意外、天災、自然災害、任何法律、命令、公告、監管、香港特區政府或或其任何政府機構規定的要求、罷工、勞資糾紛、勞工或熟練工人之缺乏、短缺或產品或原料之短缺、運輸延遲或其它任何（不論是否類似前述）超出體通天下可合理控制的原因造成），體通天下可因應程度而避免履行其義務。就這類事件，體通天下應當及時通知訂戶/會員，而體通天下不需就任何有關不可抗力事件對訂戶/會員引起的損失或損害負責，並且不會向訂戶/會員退回任何巳付款項。
15.2. 如訂戶/會員違反任何本文所列之條款及細則，或體通天下認為訂戶/會員已違反本文所列之條款及細則，則體通天下保留其取消訂戶/會員購買所有服務的權利，以上終止該訂戶/會員的資格及使用權限之權利而不作另行通知。此外，體通天下還可以因根據下列原因自行決定在任何時間，即時而不作任何通知下，終止您的註冊，使用及進入任何某部分或全部服務或任何相關的服務，增值服務等，包括但不限於：
15.2.1. 如體通天下無法核實或驗證您所提供的任何個人資料；
15.2.2. 如體通天下認為您的行為可能會引起任何性質的責任；
15.2.3. 如體通天下認為您的行為不合適或不恰當；或
15.2.4. 您未能根據體通天下要求的方式支付任何購買的款項。
如您訂戶/會員帳戶及/或服務及/或使用權被終止，您將不獲退還巳付的任何款項。
15.3. 在特殊情況下，您所購買的組合內容、視頻、短片或該服務會因知識產權或其他問題及/或其他原因而無法提供或中斷提供(不論全部或部份)。體通天下將自行決定並提供替代此類節目組合、視頻或短片的替代品;但並不會退還已付款項或因此作出賠償。您同意您所購買的組合內容、視頻或短片或該服務時，須要自行承擔風險，且不會就任何因無法提供或中斷提供您所購買的組合內容、視頻或短片或該服務(不論全部或部份)或其他任何理由而造成之任何損害，或損失需要體通天下負上任何責任。
15.4. 就您使用體通天下的網站或平台或服務，或通過網站提供的任何產品，體通天下謹此局限其所有有關之責任為您於該特定交易中所支付的同等金額(如有)。
15.5. 體通天下保留所有於任何時間不時暫時，或永性改變、暫停或中斷其網站或平台，或該服務，或其任何部分之權利而不作另行通知。您同意體通天下並不會因其網站或平台或該服務或其任何部分的任何改變、暫停或終止對您或任何第三方負上任何責任。您同意您使用體通天下的網站或平台或該服務時，須要自行承擔風險，且不會就任何因未能使用體通天下的網站或平台，或該服務或其他任何理由而造成之任何損害，或損失需要體通天下負上任何責任。
16. 瀏覽網頁者提供的材料
16.1. 任何發送或郵寄給體通天下的資料，或通過體通天下網站或平台的材料，應被視為非專有和非機密。 除個人資料的使用受體通天下的私隱政策保護外，體通天下有權就提供予體通天下的全部材料，按體通天下認為適當下複製、披露、分發或作其他目的使用。

18. 賠償
18.1. 您同意賠償及保障體通天下及其關聯公司、管理人員、董事、代理人和員工，免受任何因您違反了本文內之條款及細則及/或通過使用體通天下的網站或平台或該服務而產生的損失、索賠、債務、損害賠償、追討、開支及費用（包括所有法律費用）。如有必要體通天下可能會參與任何索賠之訴訟及任何和解談判。在未有體通天下的事前書面批准任何有可能對體通天下的權利或義務有不利影響的和解都不應進行。體通天下保留對任何此類索賠或訴訟的專屬答辯及控制該等訴訟或案件權利。
19. 豁免
19.1. 體通天下若未能行使或延遲行使所有根據本文內之條款及細則的任何權利，並不構成放棄該等權利，而單一或部分行使任何根據本文內之條款及細則的權利並不排除體通天下行使其他權利。體通天下有權隨時要求訂戶/會員繼續履行該等條款及細則以對其違反他/她的任何義務負責。任何根據本文內條款而豁免之情況，必須書面形式進行才可生效。
20. 可分割性
20.1. 如果此處包含的任何條款或其任何部分因任何原因被判定為無強制執行性，無效或非法，本文內之其他條款和細則仍具有一切之法律效力及作用，而該等問題條款應當自動隱棄。
21. 錯誤和遺漏

General Terms and Conditions of Using The Sports 2 World’s Services
Please read the terms and conditions contained herein carefully prior to the use of our services or downloading the system application update accompanying the terms and conditions. By using our service or downloading system application update, as applicable, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, do not use our service or download the system application update.
The terms and conditions will govern any software application update or new provided by The Sports 2 World that replace and/or supplement the original software application, unless such system application is accompanied by a separate terms and conditions in which case that terms and conditions will govern.
1. Terms of Service and its Modifications
1.1. The terms and conditions contained herein are agreed between The Sports 2 World and Subscribers/ Members (hereinafter defined) and customers for their use of The Sports 2 World’s Products (hereinafter defined) and all services provided by The Sports 2 World (including but not limited to subscriptions, video on demand services – SVOD (hereinafter defined), TVOD (hereinafter defined), OTT services, online services, video games, the use of software licenses and/or other related products and services) (The Sports 2 World Products and all services are hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Services”). The terms and conditions contained herein:
1.1.1. prescribe the rights and obligations between The Sports 2 World and Subscribers/Members on the use of the Services;
1.1.2. are conditions precedent for Subscriber(s) / Member(s) to use and/or enjoy the Services; and
1.1.3. shall prevail over any other document(s) purporting to have contractual effect in the event that there are inconsistencies between those documents and these terms and conditions.
1.2. “The Sports 2 World Products” shall mean all products, equipment or media including but not limited to mobile phones, television sets, TV boxes and other equipment, programs (including TV and computer programs), Apps, softwares and medias in any other forms or formats (including all kind of hardwares and softwares and must be separately purchased by customers, members or subscribers) whether now exist or in future be produced and/or for sale by The Sports 2 World.
1.3. Subscription Video on Demand (“SVOD”) means service that give Subscriber/Member unlimited exhibition to a range or package(s) of programme or other audio visual material provided by The Sports 2 World (the contents of which are subject to changes from time to time at The Sports 2 World’s discretion and excluding the exhibition of TVOD) during the subscribed period (upon payment of a subscription fees) which a Subscriber/Member may, when they choose to at any time, exhibit via The Sports 2 World Products at his/her discretion and during the exhibition of such programme or audio visual material to pause, fast forward, rewind or stop as preferred.
1.4. Transactional Video on Demand (“TVOD”) means service that gives Subscriber/Member to exhibit (upon payment of a distinct incremental charge) via The Sports 2 World Products a single exhibition of a programme or audio visual material provided by The Sports 2 World within a prescribed period immediately following the order for such exhibition according to the offer and/or terms of payment for such exhibition. Subscriber/Member may during the exhibition of such programme or audio visual material to pause, fast forward, rewind and stop as preferred.
1.5. In these terms and conditions the word “Subscriber”, “Member”, “you” or “your” shall mean an individual or any entity subscriber, member, customer or user who use and/or accept and/or enjoy the Services.
1.6. Unless you accept and agree all terms and conditions contained herein and to be bound by them, you have no right to use the Services or any part of it and if you use the Services or any part of it you are deemed to have carefully read and understood these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
1.7. The Sports 2 World reserves its right to update, modify, amend, change, republish or revise these terms and conditions in its sole discretion at any time to suit The Sports 2 World’s requirement; however, The Sports 2 World will try its best commercially endeavor to notify you for such changes. You agreed and are reminded to visit this page periodically to review these terms and conditions from time to time, if you continue to use and/or accept and/or enjoy the Services or any part of it, you are deemed to have carefully read and understood the revisions, modifications and amendments made to these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by those changes, revisions, modification and amendments prevalent at the time.
1.8. Minors should be accompanied by parent or legal guardian to review and fulfill these terms and conditions. Minor who use and/or accept and/or enjoy the Services provided by The Sports 2 World or any part of it is deemed to have accompanied by parent or legal guardian and under the parent's or guardian's supervision and approval and that all terms and conditions herein must be fully and strictly comply with.
1.9. Individual sections may contain its own rules, terms and conditions (if any) that are specified to its respective activities and you should go through each of them separately before you enter into each of such sections.
2. The Services
2.1. The Services provided are for the purpose of your personal use which shall means the private, non-commercial viewing/exhibition of the contents provided under it by one or more persons in non-public locations, provided that such viewing/exhibition at such locations is personal and non-commercial. Any viewing/exhibition in public locations or for which a premises access fee or other admission charge is imposed (other than any fee related only to access such non-residential venue for other general purposes) or any such viewing/exhibition that is on a monitor provided by such non-residential venue (or by a third party under any agreement or arrangement with such non-residential venue) shall not constitute a ‘personal use' and are strictly prohibited (“Personal Use”).
2.2. The Services provided will be in strict compliance with these terms and conditions.
2.3. We shall, subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion, make every commercially and practicable effort to fulfill orders placed by you but shall not be liable to any person if we decline or become unable to fulfill an order for whatever reason.
2.4. All services provided by The Sports 2 World are limited to be used or enjoyed by Subscribers/Members within the The Sports 2 World’s platform, any act by any means, such as hack (with malice or not) or temper to hack the services or programs provided by The Sports 2 World or to alienate or temper to alienate any The Sports 2 World’s service or program or part thereof from the The Sports 2 World’s platform are illegal and prohibited. In such event Subscriber/Member who commits such act(s) shall be responsible for all consequences including civil and criminal liability for his/her own acts and The Sports 2 World is entitled to recover that Subscriber/Member for all loss and damage The Sports 2 World may have suffered or sustained, if necessary The Sports 2 World may refer to the relevant authority to pursue the responsibility of any of the malicious or illegal acts. We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our websites and/or platforms and/or the Services for malicious or illegal activities.
2.5. In the event you use only TVOD or any other kind of standalone, single and individual services (which must be separately purchased) provided by us, by such usage you are deemed to have accepted the terms of service and all public notices issued by The Sports 2 World for such services.
2.6. Save and except for the viewing/exhibition of the contents provided for subject to these terms and conditions, no right, title or interest in any of the contents provided under the Services or whatsoever is conveyed to you.
3. Become a Subscriber or Member
3.1. Prior to becoming a Subscriber/Member, you must first provide The Sports 2 World with true and accurate information for registration. The Sports 2 World reserves its right to refuse or revoke any application for Subscription/Membership without cause or reason and without assuming any liability. The Sports 2 World is not responsible for any loss or damage in respect of such refusal or revocation and prepaid subscription/membership fees (if any) will be forfeited as administrative charges.
3.2. To join as Subscriber or Member you may through various available means, such as websites, Apps, TV, TV box or other means to be developed by The Sports 2 World. When you become a Subscriber or Member through a particular means, you must read and confirm the acceptance of the terms and conditions related to the use of the Services through that particular means. The Sports 2 World hereby clarifies that save as the above available means, The Sports 2 World has not authorized any other third party (either jointly or individually) for the registration sale or transfer of subscription/membership. Any unauthorized registration sale or transfer of subscription/membership is prohibited and illegal, all The Sports 2 World’s rights for loss and damage in respect of any unauthorized registration sale or transfer of subscription/membership are hereby reserved.
3.3. You may refuse to accept the Services or to apply for cancellation of the subscription/membership and its related services. However, no refund of payment may be made by The Sports 2 World for any cause or reason including but not limited to the refusal to accept the Services or to cancel your subscription/membership as stated above.
3.4. For avoidance doubt, Subscribers' /Members' accounts are properties of The Sports 2 World, Subscribers/Members have limited right to use the account in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3.5. Once you become a Subscriber/Member you agree to pay for every order or transaction made under your subscription/membership account and agree to indemnify The Sports 2 World for all claims, loss and damages whatsoever made by any third party arising from the actions of a person placing orders for any services (including but not limited to renewal of subscription, value added services, TVOD, OTT services or any other kind of standalone, single and individual services etc.) using your subscription/membership account.
3.6. The Sports 2 World provides the Services to Subscribers/Members via internet or telecommunication or mobile or cellular networks. Save as the Services provided all related equipment (such as personal computers, mobile phones, TV box, television set etc.) and related network services and their expenses (such as charges for internet and cellular networks services etc.) shall be borne by Subscriber/Member solely.
4. Payments
4.1. We accept credit card/ payment card for payment of subscription/ membership fees, value added services and other services which extra charges or payments may require. By providing us or our payment agent your credit card/ payment card information, you represent and warrant to us and/or our payment agent that the use of the credit card/ payment card is authorized and legal.
4.2. We may at any time change the mode of our online payments and we will notify you through email or by notice place at our home page.
4.3. You expressly understand and agree that payment made by you for subscription/membership fees, value added services and other services etc. are paid through a third party as payment agent. There are certain degree of risk by this mode of payment, including but not limited to, the illegal use of your payment account, credit or payment card accounts by a third party, those risks might lead to substantial economic losses. Such risks and consequential loss and damage shall be borne by you solely under all circumstances whatsoever and that you hereby undertake not to claim against The Sports 2 World for any loss and damage occasion by and relating to the above.
4.4. You are responsible for notifying your bank or financial institutions of any change to your record, or loss, theft or unauthorized use of your credit card/ payment card, etc.
5. Prices and Charges
5.1. You are deemed to accept the prices fixed (which shall be subject to changes from time to time at The Sports 2 World’s sole discretion) by The Sports 2 World for its various services or individual service you subscribed once you become a Subscriber/Member, and that the Services and the charges of which shall become effective immediately.
5.2. Charges for value added services and other services provided to Subscribers/Members shall be according to charges as prescribed on The Sports 2 World’s website at sports2world.com. You agreed and are reminded to visit the webpage for our price list periodically to review the current prices, if you continue to use and/or accept and/or enjoy the Services or any part of it you are deemed to have agreed with the current prices fixed and be bound by the prices and charges prevalent at the time.
5.3. In the event of any incorrect price listings due to error of whatever cause or nature, The Sports 2 World expressly reserves the right to refuse or cancel any purchases or orders placed for (with full refund). The Sports 2 World shall not be responsible or liable for any such errors. However, The Sports 2 World will inform you of such error and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price.
6. Your Subscription/Membership Account and Account Inquiries
6.1. Your login credentials are the means by which The Sports 2 World identifies you and by which you use/access your account and personal profile which contains personal data, you should therefore keep them secure and in confidence. You are solely responsible for the safe and proper storage, use and maintenance of any data in relating to your The Sports 2 World subscription/membership (such as account name, number, password etc.) and to take all necessary effective security measures to protect those data and shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your subscription/membership account.
6.2. You are solely responsible to provide and update all the necessary data and information in related to your account and personal profile which under your The Sports 2 World subscription/membership from time to time in order to smoothen the operation of your account and personal profile.
6.3. The Sports 2 World shall not be liable or responsible for any unauthorized uses/accesses to your subscription/membership account or for any losses and damages for the disclosure of your The Sports 2 World subscription/membership data (other than by the fault of The Sports 2 World) and/or the misuse of your The Sports 2 World subscription/membership data by a third party.
6.4. You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any disclosure of your password or any unauthorized use of your subscription/membership account by any third party or any other breach of security.
7. Content's Classification and Parental Guidance
7.1. The viewing or using of some of the contents provided under the Services may call for parental guidance as they may contain profanity, violence, nudity, drug abuse, suggestive dialogue, coarse/hard language, aberrational behavior, adult activities, sexual and immoral scene, impudence and other type of mature or adult content which are designed to be viewed by adults and may be unsuitable for children. These contents (including all kind of programs and games) are marked by The Sports 2 World with the mark [PG] (which means: that program or game contains material that parents may find unsuitable for children and parents may only allow their children to watch, view or use it with their company) and Parental Guidance keys are required to unlock (optional, if child lock is applicable to your subscription) for viewing or usage. Parents are strongly urged to exercise their greatest care in monitoring and be cautioned against letting their children watch and/or view and/or use the content marked with [PG] and if parent so wishes accompany their children while they are watching, viewing and/or using.
7.2. Content provided under the Services are classified according to their available current ratings or classifications (if any). However, factors or criteria used for deciding or assigning a rating or classification of a film/movie/program/game can vary widely from one country to another, i.e. some countries are more restricted or lenient than others.
7.3. Content warnings (if any) at the beginnings of all programs and games etc. are generally adopted by The Sports 2 World for all contents provided by The Sports 2 World.
7.4. The Sports 2 World is not responsible for any loss and damage in respect of any mistake and/or negligence in respect of the rating or classification of any content provided under the Services or the rating and/or classification are wrongly or mistakenly marked by The Sports 2 World. Further, The Sports 2 World will not assume any liability for the mal-function of the child lock for whatever cause including but not limited to The Sports 2 World’s negligence despite The Sports 2 World knew of such fact and/or your children watch, view and/or use any programs and games marked with [PG] without your permission or accompany.
7.5. When your children are watching, please make sure the room is well-lit and your children do not sit too close to the screen.
8. Duration of each Video and/or Program
8.1. Video(s) on demand (including TVOD) or OTT services offered to Subscriber/Member has/have a fixed duration or exhibit period (“Duration Period”). Once you become Subscriber/Member you are deemed to accept the duration or exhibit period fixed correspond to each and individual video.
8.2. You are required to exhibit/watch/view that video within the Duration Period. Despite you have failed to exhibit/watch/view or have not exhibited/watched/viewed that video within the Duration Period you are deemed to have done so. In no circumstances you are entitled to refund on the ground that you have not exhibited/watched/viewed that video or part of it or under any reason not attributable by The Sports 2 World.
8.3. Duration Period shall include time for troubleshooting, server maintenance, adjustment, upgrades etc. carried out by The Sports 2 World, Subscriber/Member is not entitled to claim against The Sports 2 World for any loss of time in respect of the above and/or use such as an excuse to apply for refund or for early termination of his/her subscription/membership.
8.4. Duration Period (for avoidance of doubt including all video(s) on demand, TVOD or OTT services) will not be extended due to interruption, termination, pause, fast forward, rewind or stop.
8.5. For TVOD or other pre-paid OTT or standalone services once you placed the order you are not allowed to vary or cancel the order or to apply for refund.
8.6 The quality and steadiness of live Videos and/or Programs could be affected by technical issues, including without limitation to the server outage and/or satellite signal issues. The Sports 2 World shall not be responsible for Subscriber's/Member's loss and damage occurs by or relating to the reasons under this clause and there will be no refund for any payments and/or application for early termination made by the Subscriber/Member accordingly.
9. TVOD and Other OTT Services
9.1. Subscriber/Member who wishes to enjoy TVOD may purchase TVOD coupons or single transacted coupons (“Coupons”) (some of them are exclusively for sale to Subscribers/Members only) from The Sports 2 World or you may purchase directly on site and pay through the payment agents by which you will get electronic coupons.
9.2. Please be reminded that Coupons (include electronic coupon) must be used or consumed before their expiration date as prescribed on the Coupons (include electronic coupons). No reminder, notice or whatsoever will be served by The Sports 2 World for such expiration.
9.3. You must note that Programs provided through TVOD may not necessarily be included in the content (either current or in future) provided under the Services, your subscribed service or SVOD.
9.4. You are also required to exhibit/watch/view/use the Program within the Duration Period (which is defined in Clause 8.1). For avoidance of doubt all terms and conditions contained herein shall apply to all transactions in relating to TVOD services.
10. Rights and Restrictions
10.1. The Services are limited for use by Subscriber's/Member's on his/her own account. You are not allowed to transfer, assign, license, lend, give, sell or re-sell your account or subscription/membership to a third party (either that third party is already a Subscriber/Member or not) without prior written consent of The Sports 2 World. The breach of this clause shall entitle The Sports 2 World to terminate your subscription or membership account without notice. Any payment made by you will be forfeited immediately and you are not entitled to claim any loss and damage for such termination against The Sports 2 World. Transfer, assign or license for use of account (with or without remuneration) between Subscribers/Members is strictly prohibited so as to avoid disputes between Subscribers/Members in respect of their respective accounts. Subscriber/Member shall be personally responsible for all consequences occasion by such transfer, assign or license for use and The Sports 2 World reserves all its rights for loss and damage it has suffered.
10.2. If any act of a Subscriber/Member constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions herein contained or in violation of any legislations, by-laws or regulations or The Sports 2 World considers any act or conduct of a Subscriber/Member causes disrepute and/or detriment to The Sports 2 World’s or another's reputation and/or interests, The Sports 2 World is entitled to terminate that Subscriber's/Member's subscription/membership or account without notice. In that event any payment made by that Subscriber/Member will be forfeited immediately and Subscriber/Member shall not be entitled to claim any loss and damage for of such termination.
10.3. Subscriber/Member shall not obtain any The Sports 2 World’s services through illegal means, such as theft, hacking in the network of The Sports 2 World directly or indirectly, purchase or obtain The Sports 2 World’s subscription/membership service from an unauthorized entity, etc., in that event The Sports 2 World is entitled to terminate such subscription/ membership or account without notice immediately and any payment made thereunder shall be forfeited immediately and Subscriber/Member shall not be entitled to claim any loss and damage for such termination.
10.4. Subscriber/Member shall not use any username, nickname or signature contains words which The Sports 2 World considers to be obscene, insult, illegal, discriminate, objectionable, improper, offensive, inappropriate or with such meanings or violate any person's right. Once discovered The Sports 2 World is entitled to change that username, nickname or signature without notice or suspend that subscription/ membership/ account or to terminate that subscription/ membership or account without notice. In the event the subscription/ membership or account is terminated under this clause any payment made under them shall be forfeited immediately. Subscriber/Member is not entitled to claim any loss and damage against The Sports 2 World for such termination and suspension.
10.5. Once subscription/membership is terminated for any cause, all related entitlements enjoy by that Subscriber/Member is also terminated, that Subscriber/Member is not entitled to participate in any activities organized by The Sports 2 World and shall not entitled to any benefit and value-added service provided.
10.6. All services provided by The Sports 2 World shall be for Personal Use (for interpretation see Clause 2.1) only and shall not be used for commercial purpose or in a view to gain a profit in any manner.
10.7. Unless The Sports 2 World’s prior written approval or consent is obtained, Subscriber/Member is prohibited from copying, downloading, uploading, modifying, catalog re-ordering, translating, distributing, developing, transferring, selling, displaying, exhibiting, disseminating any services, video, clips provided by The Sports 2 World under the subscription/membership services and that Subscriber/Member is also prohibited from utilizing any services, video or clip provided to create derivative works, greeting cards, screensavers, desktop production, teaching, research, commercial development, promotion, or for any commercial use and including, but not limited to the following:
10.7.1. through illegal means or for unlawful purpose to modify the service period of the Subscriber's/Member's account, the amount of consumption, transaction status, or purchase videos or clips etc.;
0.7.3. copying, selling, renting or licensing any video or clip provided under the Services to a third party without the prior written consent of The Sports 2 World;
10.7.4. cracking, changing, reversing, destructing or tempering the security measures taken by The Sports 2 World for the protection of services, videos or clips provided under the online/membership services or attempt or assist others of the above acts;
10.7.5. obtaining videos or clips provided under the Services through channel unauthorized by The Sports 2 World, or delete remove any proprietary notices or labels embedded on any videos or clips provided under the Services;
10.7.6. using or exhibiting or showing the videos or clips (in whole or in part) provided under the Services in public;
10.7.7. collecting, destructing, damaging or stealing a third party's data or information through The Sports 2 World’s platform or network or sending scams and spam email or any illegal information, or infringing or violating the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, including but not limited to privacy, intellectual property rights, ownership etc;
10.7.8. trespassing, breaking into, accessing, using or attempting to trespass, breaking into, accessing or using any other parts of The Sports 2 World’s servers and/or its data;
10.7.9. posting or transmitting in any way any unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive, discriminative, blasphemous or otherwise objectionable or unreasonable contents of any kinds including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or foreign law or infringing any intellectual property rights, proprietary rights or confidentiality obligations of others;
10.7.10. posting or transmitting any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities or schemes or other unsolicited commercial communication, or engage in spamming or flooding;
10.7.11. downloading, posting, publishing, transmitting, reproducing, distributing in any way exploit any contents obtained through The Sports 2 World or its servers for commercial purposes;
10.7.12. downloading, posting, publishing, transmitting, reproducing, or distributing in any way any component obtained through the online/membership services which is protected by copyright, or other proprietary right of any third party, or create derivative works with respect thereto;
10.7.15. transmitting, posting or uploading any contents protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereof or have received all necessary consents;
10.7.16. interfering with or disrupting networks connected to the online/membership services or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks or servers;
10.7.17. disrupting the normal flow of dialogue, causing a screen to "scroll" faster than other Subscribers/Members to be able to type or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other Subscriber's/Member's ability to engage in real time exchanges;
10.7.18. “stalk” or otherwise harass another; or
10.7.19. collecting or storing personal data of other users or Subscribers/Members.
The Sports 2 World reserves the rights, from time to time, without notice, to access your membership account or to observe and record your access to and use of the online/membership services to determine if you are complying with the above.
10.8. You shall ensure that you exit from your subscription/membership account at the end of each session.
11. Surveillance of your activities on The Sports 2 World’s websites and/or platforms
11.1.You hereby acknowledge and agree that The Sports 2 World is entitled to keep close surveillance to your activities while you are on The Sports 2 World websites and/or platforms or to access your Subscribers/Membership account so as to supervise the usage of The Sports 2 World products and services, to monitor any violation of laws regulations or breach of any terms and conditions herein The Sports 2 World is entitled to intervene and correct such violation or breach and reserves the rights to recover all loss and damage The Sports 2 World may have suffered or sustained occasion by or relating to such violation or breach against Subscriber/Member who commits the violation or breach.
12. Alteration and Disclaimer
12.1. In view of the special nature of network services, The Sports 2 World reserves the right to change, modify, suspend and/or terminate some or all of the network services. The Sports 2 World also reserves the right to change and/or modify the duration of subscribed period, Duration Period and the price of viewing/exhibition in respect of each and every video or clip. The Sports 2 World reserves the right to change or terminate any services without notice, The Sports 2 World shall not be liable to any loss and damage occasion by and relating to such changes or termination either claim by Subscriber/Member or by a third party.
12.2. In the event any changes or modification of any terms and conditions by The Sports 2 World, The Sports 2 World shall announce by publishing such changes or modifications on the The Sports 2 World’s homepage, such announcement(s) shall be deemed to be proper and sufficient notice to all Subscribers/Members for such changes or modifications.
12.3. The Sports 2 World is not responsible for any loss and damage (such as personal or financial) in respect of the use of the Services by Subscriber/Member regardless of any reasons. The Sports 2 World also assumes no responsibility for any disclosure of your personal data due to the sharing of user's information and passwords by you with a third party.
12.4. If you do not agree to any terms or conditions be changed or modified, you can terminate your subscription/membership by giving written notice to The Sports 2 World, however there will be no refund of any payment made by you for the period services had not been provided. If you continue to use or enjoy the subscription/membership and/or the Services you are deemed to accept such changes or modifications.
12.5. You shall exercise and rely solely on your own judgment in using any services provided by The Sports 2 World and for any purchases or redemptions. 14. Assignments
14.1. You agree that we have right to assign, transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
14.2. You are not entitled to, without our prior written consent, assign, transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with any of your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
15. Suspension and Termination of Services
15.1. If the performance by The Sports 2 World is prevented by reason of “Force Majeure” (which shall include prevention occasioned by fire, casualty, accident, act of God, natural disaster, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand or requirement of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or of any of its governmental agencies, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes whatsoever (whether similar to the foregoing or not) beyond the reasonable control of The Sports 2 World), The Sports 2 World shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention. The Sports 2 World shall promptly inform Subscribers/Members of such event and that The Sports 2 World shall not responsible for Subscriber's/Member's loss and damage occasion by or relating to Force Majeure and there will be no refund for any payments made by the Subscriber/Member.
15.2. If Subscriber/Member is in breach of any of these terms and conditions or The Sports 2 World considers the Subscriber/Member has breached any of these terms and conditions, The Sports 2 World reserves its right to cancel all services purchased by that Subscriber/Member and to terminate that Subscriber's/Member's subscription/membership and access rights without notice. Further, The Sports 2 World may also terminate your registration or your use of and access to any part or all of the Services or any related service(s), value added services, etc. at any time with immediate effect without any prior notice and at The Sports 2 World’s sole discretion for any reasons, including without limitation:
15.2.1. if The Sports 2 World is unable to verify or authenticate any personal data you provided;
15.2.2. if The Sports 2 World believes that your action may give rise to liability of any nature;
15.2.3. if The Sports 2 World deem your action unsuitable or inappropriate; or

In the event your subscription/membership account and/or services and/or access right are terminated, no refund of payment will be made.
15.3. For exceptional cases, live sports programmes, videos or clips or the Services purchased by you may not be available or cease to be available (whether entirely or partially) due to licensing or intellectual property rights issues or other issues and/or other reasons, The Sports 2 World shall at its sole discretion, to provide replacement for such live sports programmes, videos or clips or the Services; however, you are not entitled to refund of payment or compensation. 15.4. Our maximum liability to you in respect of your use of our websites or platforms or the Services or any products provided through the site will be the amount of price paid by you (if any) in respect of that particular transaction.

The Sports 2 World may, if necessary, participate in the defence of any claim or action and any negotiations for settlement. No settlement that may adversely affect our rights or obligations shall be made without our prior written approval. 19. Waiver

The Sports 2 World is entitled to at any time request Subscriber/Member to continue to fulfill his/her obligations under these terms and conditions and to responsible for any breach. Any waiver of any provision herein will be effective only if in writing.
20. Severability
20.1.If any provisions contained herein or any part of it is declared to be or becomes unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason whatsoever the other terms and provisions herein shall remain in full force and effect as if it had been executed without the offending provision appearing in it.
21. Errors and Omissions
21.1. Occasionally information in our web-pages and/or platforms may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions which may relate to the descriptions of the contents and pricing. In such event we reserve the right to, at any time, correct those errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to cancel any orders or subscriptions ordered placed or subscribed by you subject to Clause 5.3 herein.

24. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
24.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Subscriber/Member and The Sports 2 World agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
25. Language and Prevailing Provisions
25.1. These terms and conditions contain Chinese translation to the English version. The Chinese translation is for reference only and does not form part of the terms and conditions or be construed as any representation made by The Sports 2 World, should there be any discrepancy between the English version and Chinese Translation, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions of Automatic Payment for Service
1. This subscription service (the “Service”) is offered by The Sports 2 World (“we” and/or “us”) to the Subscribers (“you” and/or “your”).
2. The Service will continue month-to-month after the first month of your subscription unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle. As such, you hereby authorize us to charge your next month's Service Fee by your payment method. To use the Service you must have internet access and a ready device for this Service, and you must provide us with a current, valid, and accepted method of payment.
3. Billing Cycle: The Service Fee for our service will be billed on a monthly basis on your payment method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid day. In some cases the timing of your billing may change, for example if your payment method has not successfully settled or if your paying membership began on a day not contained in a given month.
4. Payment Methods: We shall record the credit card details (including without limitation to: credit card number, valid date, name of cardholder and/or the PIN number) with reference of your consent upon the first time you pay for the Service. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your payment method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the Service until we have obtained a valid Payment Method. You authorize us to continue billing the payment method, as it may be updated and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. For certain payment methods, the issuer of your payment method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your payment method service provider for details.
5. Cancellation: You can cancel the Service from the “Profile” section of sports2world.com or The Sports 2 World App at any time before the commencement of the next billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your monthly billing period.
6. Changes to the Price and Service Plans: We may change our Service plans and the price of the Service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to our service plans will only apply to you with notice given.
7. The Sports 2 World reserves the right to change or cancel any channel and/or any content at any time without prior notice and we shall accept no liability for any such change or cancellation. Shall there is any disputes, the decision of or The Sports 2 World shall be final and conclusive.
8. No person other than The Sports 2 World and the Subscriber will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Party) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
